Netflix and Starz Play Part Ways

Netflix Loses Access to Starz Play’s Media

On February 29, Starz Play will be leaving Netflix, looking to establish its own instant streaming source via cable services.

This mean that Netflix will immediately lose roughly 840 movie. Click here for full listing.

However, Netflix can reacquire rights to this films through alternative sources. IGN writer R.L. Shaffer comments, while this blow is likely to sting for a few months, we suspect Netflix, and their instant streaming service, will continue to grow, evolve and flourish as more households adopt this new media
