Pixar to Invade Girl’s Mind

John Lasseter (Cars 2) recently sat down with Charlie Rose to discuss Peter Docter‘s, best known for his work as the director of Monsters Inc. and Up, latest film. Lasseter described the upcoming film from Docter as a new film that takes place inside of a girl’s mind and it is about her emotions as characters, and that is unlike anything you’ve ever seen.

Previously, Pixar had released a statement saying:

Pixar takes audiences on incredible journeys into extraordinary worlds: from the darkest depths of the ocean to the top of the tepui mountains in South America; from the fictional metropolis of Monstropolis to a futuristic fantasy of outer space. From director Pete Docter (“Up,” “Monsters, Inc.”) and producer Jonas Rivera (“Up”), the inventive new film will take you to a place that everyone knows, but no one has ever seen: the world inside the human mind.

The film is still untitled, but is expected for a May 30th, 2014 release.
