With a remake of Paul Verhoeven‘s Total Recall already in the works, it was only a matter of time before another one of his classic science fiction films was updated for a modern audience. Producer Neal Moritz (I Am Legend) is now turning his attention to the 1997, Starship Troopers.
According to Variety, screenwriters Ashley Edward Miller and Zack Stentz, most famous for their work on Thor and X-Men: First Class, have come are writing the script.
There is no word of who will be directing, starring, or when it is to be released.
