Steve Buscemi Joins Steve Carell and Jim Carrey in Burt Wonderstone

Variety is reporting that Steve Buscemi (Fargo, Boardwalk Empire) has been offered a role in the upcoming New Line Cinema comedy Burt Wonderstone.

The film follows two rival stage magicians in Las Vegas. Lead character Burt Wonderstone, as played by Steve Carell (40-Year Old Virgin, the Office), is one half of a two-man act who must rediscover his love of magic after his partner, as played by Steve Buscemi, decides to pack in his bags, all the while having to deal with a rival street magician, as played by Jim Carrey (Yes Man, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind), who is beginning to steal his spotlight.
